Iron Gate Powder Coating Process
Our three step process is crucial for any outdoor product, like iron gates, wanting to last in harsh weather conditions.
1. We sandblast the surface of the gate to remove any impurities from the metal.
2. Next, we prime the gate in a thin epoxy coat. We place it in a 400 degree oven for the primer to bond deep into the surface.
3. Finally, we powder coat the iron gate. We again place it in the oven and once it’s cooled, it will be ready for use!
