Are you looking to update your pool area this summer? Powder coated pool fencing is the perfect way to give your backyard a remodeled look. Powder Coated Fencing Process:

Your outdoor pool fencing are powder coated in three crucial steps.

1. Sandblasting

We first sandblast the entire surface of the pool fence. This creates a white metal finish. Sandblasting removes any impurities from the surface and thoroughly cleans the metal. It also creates a profiled exterior, allowing the coating to bond better.

2. Primer

Next, we prime the now cleaned metal with a thin epoxy coat. We then place it in a 400 degree oven. This allows the primer to bond deep into the surface. Primer is crucial for any outdoor products, like pool fencing, to last in extreme summers and winters.

3. Powder Coat

We then move to our final step of powder coating the entire product. In addition, this can be done in any color or texture you desire. Next, we again place it in a 400 degree oven. After the pool fencing has cooled, you are left with a smooth, strong finish.
